+ -1 moreWhen I called JW Roofing they set up an appointment to check out the roof. The repair people were on time, professional, and did a great job of repairing a small leak. It is very comforting to know that JW Roofing followed up on a job that was over five years old. That is taking care of the customer.
Description of Work: JW Roofing installed our shingle roof over five years ago and we were very pleased with the price, the service, the professionalism. After the heavy rains we recently had some water came down from one of the the solar tubes in the roof and we called JW to check it out. They found a nail had worked its way loose and they repaired the area and caulked it. They have provided outstanding service to their clients. I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreOur HOA obtained 4 bids to replace the original roof on our complex, which was over 20 years old and had already been repaired in a number of spots. We obtained bids from well respected outfits and decided on J.W. Roofing because the contractor was personally known by an HOA member and the bid was complete and easy to understand. Warren Cross explained things to us and applied no pressure. He uses a large crew so the job was completed in 2 days. We had rain this past winter and there have been no issues with the new roof. I recommended Warren and his crew to a co-worker and she had him do a new roof on her home and detached garage in Wilmington. She, too, loved working with Warren. Warren's bid wasn't the cheapest but it was complete with no hidden surprises, fair and honest. We are very happy with the new roof.
Description of Work: Reroof a 4 unit town home complex in San Pedro. Tear off and haul away all roofing down to bare wood;check roof sheathing for structural soundness and replace as necessary; apply felt shingle underlayment per manufacturer and building code specifications; add 8 additional low profile attic vents; install baked enamel drip edge metal trim to all edges; install baked enamel valley flashings, install all new pipe, vent, chimney, and wall flashings , including new counter flashings where needed; apply Timberline Ultr HD fiberglass asphalt shingles per manufactured specs; install RapidRidge premium hip and ridge shingles; triple seal and paint all pipes, vents, and flashings; clean area of roofing debris and haul away; included 5 year labor warranty and all City permits and taxes.
