Description of Work: Cut a tree from my house

Description of Work: Clear View removed 2 very large trees that were located on a steep hill and cut them into fireplace rounds. They provide excellent, prompt service every time I have used them. Will call them again for tree services.

Description of Work: These guys are great. Real pros, and by far the best price of the 3 estimates we received. We had one large fir removed, and significant pruning of upper branches on several other trees.

Description of Work: Cleaned up a fallen 60ft dead oak tree that collapsed onto our fence \ yard \ house.

Description of Work: We had two 100 foot plus redwood trees growing 10 feet from the house and 12 feet from the power lines. I had received numerous bids, some at really high prices, to remove these trees. When Jason came out to give the estimate he first asked why I wanted them out and then gave me the pros and cons of removing them vs partial limb removal to make the trees look better. He took a good look around and spent 20 minutes before giving me a price. After talking it over with the wife we agreed with the price and scheduled a day to take the trees out. Their price reflected a credit for the wood which they would sell to a mill. His crew showed up exactly at 8AM and carefully looked at the job before starting. Everyone knew what the job was going to entail. Sparky , the faller, went up in the tree and started cutting off the easy limbs. As they hit the ground they were picked up and run through the chipper. We saved a few dollars as my neighbors took the chips. Then the ground crew placed a large winch around the tree. A line was run from the winch up into the tree. The line was tied to limbs which hung over the power lines and pressure was applied. Sparky cut the limbs which were then raised up and away from the power lines before being lowered to the ground. The crew took a break for lunch and a logging truck pulled up. Sparky went back up to the top of the two trees and started cutting down the logs in 14 or 16 foot long pieces which fell into the yard. The logger used a crane on his truck to place the lumber on his truck. The last piece was 33 feet long and shook the neighbors house as it hit the ground. I had a 7 foot stump left as the two trees had grown together. I had a buried water line running from my well across the yard and it was not damaged. They fell the tree away from the line. At 2:45 PM the crew was gone after all their work and then the final clean up. I have no hesitation about recommending Clear View Tree Care. Bill
