they gave me an extimate and I didn't use their services

Went with another company who was totally responsive to my questions and desires and they did an excellent job. I figure if a company is so disinterested in my money as to never follow-up I certainly could not trust them to do an adequate job.

I didn?t select them to get the work done. Everything about them was reasonably professional except for their followup. It took them at least three weeks to call back and that?s the reason as to why they didn?t get the business. Other than that, they were competitive as far as their pricing was concerned. They were referred to me by a neighbor who had a good experience and that?s why I added them on my list. They weren?t responsive. They were punctual when they showed up to do an estimate. They showed up on time and seemed to know their business. They said that they would get back to me with the bid. Their sales guy was very punctual. They made a very professional presentation when they came out and took the measurements but then they dropped the ball. It was an unacceptable behavior. I might give them another chance and use their services again.

They were delayed a couple days on install, but overall did quality professional work at Very competitive price. They hauled away all the old windows and did not leave a mess inside or outside the house. There were some paint chips requiring touch up. Payment was via credit card.
