I have used Stanley Steemer before at my business and I was pleased with their attention to detail and courtesy. When I needed my carpets cleaned at home i called the number listed as serving my area. it was a totally different experience. First they tried to upcharge me. Then I had paid extra for enzyme cleaning, which was sprayed haphazardly around a few areas. None of the furniture in the bedroom was moved. The sofa wasn't moved.I was very disappointed

Very professional. Even called the day before and asked if they could come early since they had a cancellation. They were in and out in an hour. I will definitely use them again.

The positive: The crew was on time and professional. The carpets were cleaned well, including the staircase. The carpet was not stained or very dirty, so it didn't take very long to clean. The negative: The hose and equipment they used were dirty, so they dragged the dirty hose through the house, which didn't show on the carpet as they cleaned, however the surrounding hardwood floor and tile were left a mess. Unfortunately I had to leave immediately after the crew completed cleaning, without taking a closer look. Therefore I wasn't able to tell them and they might have cleaned up the mess they left, I don't know. In summary, the carpets were fine, the surrounding floors a mess and the service was too expensive. Note: I have used Stanley Steamer in the past in a different home in Paso Robles and the service there was much better.

Our carpets and upholstery were in need of a good, thorough cleaning. I called Stanley Steemer and they were able to get me an appointment that week. They were courteous and professional and did a fantastic job getting the dirt out of our carpets and the cat fur off the furniture!

I would recommend them. They did a pretty good job. The whole service was great, everything rolled in and warm dried. They moved furniture and when they put it back they put little squares or something's under all legs and it is the full service. I have had my carpets cleaned before and stains come back up and it's not very good, I had it done cheap but this was twice the price than anybody else but I didn't have to do it again.

It was okay. They did what they were supposed to do. I don't know that anyone else could have done a better job or worse job.

Stanley Steemer's employees were prompt and very pleasant. They did a great job and left the feet of all the furniture carefully propped up on plastic squares or stryrofoam blocks. The carpet looked great and dried very quickly. We were very pleased with the results.

They are best in every category except for price. I think they are pricey. I don't remember how much I spent. I was really surprised how clean they got the carpets because it was very dirty and it had some bad stains. They got all of them out. They did a good job. The only issue is, even though I use them frequently they are still quite expensive. I wish I could remember how much they charged me. I find them great though. I will use their services again in the future.
