We got bids from 6 different companies, and Pacific West was the *only*company where the bidder asked to see the attic crawl space as part of their estimate. As a result, many of the faults in the installation of the previous roof were discovered and we were able to avoid them with this new roof, up front, without any "surprises" later, during or after completion. Pacific West was also the *only* company to sit down and explain in detail what they were going to do and what materials they would use, and why. They were not the lowest bid but their's was easily the bid we felt most comfortable accepting since we knew we were not going to get simply a cookie-cutter repeat of the previous roof and all of its eventual problems. Neither were they the most expensive bid. We feel we paid a bit more but got a quality roof that will last. The actual installation took about a day and a half. The crew was punctual, efficient, hard-working, and clean as a whistle. I have yet to find a single piece of debris in the yard around the house. After installation the bidder returned and gave us a full walk-through of the job. We found a short list of things to complete, and within a week or so a repair person returned to clear them all up. Shout-outs to our bidder, Matt Krill, and all the members of Sergio's crew - you guys were great. Thanks for the craftsman like quality and attention to detail.

We have a metal roof so we wanted to make sure the company that cleaned the roof was familiar with the product. Brian took a look and confirmed the type of product we had but suggested another company who installs this type of product. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help with our search with the appropriate company. I have reached out to the recommended company for an estimate.
