Description of Work: Was OK, recommended by a property manager. A bit of a lag between questions and answers and billing, but overall the service was fine and price reasonable. We will probably use a service located in our town next time, and Mojoe is further away.

+ -1 moreIt went really smothly. We got a detailed report of the damage and proposed mitigation. He only listed dry rot on the patio. It was only on close inspection that I was able to find it myself, so I feel confident that he did a detailed inspection.
