I am the sole owner operator of my business. My rates are very competitive and I have 30 plus years of experience. I have a 1 hour minimum and offer senior discounts when asked. Payment is due upon job completion unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Minor concrete, checking heating vent problems, minor electrical and plumbing including adding lights and fans or checking shower and bath problems. Replacing dishwashers including picking up and disposal. Window replacement including re- plastering or new siding. Light welding such as metal fencing repairs. I do many more things related to the list. Driveway and sidewalk staining.
