Description of Work: Terry's been out to my house twice now and has placed two ceiling fans, three outside lights and a dining room chandelier type lighting fixture. He's very intelligent, knows his specialty and was punctual. He's friendly and doesn't waste time when he's doing a job. The price was right and the service was excellent. I will definitely use him again for other electrical issues.

Description of Work: Had the electrical panel replaced (upgraded) on our home. Price was great. Even though the job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated, the extra paid was extremely reasonable.

Description of Work: The entire company was lovely. From the first phone call to the follow up call after service. The service was scheduled as soon as possible for me. The service included replacing broken circuit breakers, installing new equipment......not in the original request... and fixing the loose breaker box. My renter and I were totally impressed. + -1 moreI had trouble with my phone wiring previously and had it serviced under a home buyer's warranty. It didn't remain operational for long. My warranty is over now and I was happy to be able to use someone local. Terry was very thorough and patient with explaining to me what he was doing and why since the wiring set-up to the jacks wasn't very straight forward. So far the line is working the best (clearest) it has since I moved in. If it goes out again I would stiil call EMP for service and have Terry's card on hand if anything else electrical goes wrong.
Description of Work: Home phone wiring reconfigured so as to be operational again.

+ -1 moreWe had smoke coming out of a switchplate in our bedroom. We called late on a Friday and Terry came out and checked the situation. Our switchbox was blown out. Evidently it had never been grounded. Terry went out and got us a new one and installed it. The call cost more than their usual fee because it was an emergency call---we wanted service right away. But it was well worth it! Terry was professional and friendly and we will definitely use this company again for our electrical needs.

Terence gave us a courtesy call a few minutes before he came to let us know he was on his way. He was professional and did a great job. We would definitely call him again!
Description of Work: Rewired and hung a light fixture over the dining room table, added a plug in our bathroom. Very happy with the service and the job done.

He is the only one I would recommend. He was so clean and so careful not to leave a mess. He was always polite and punctual. He started at 2500 and he came down to 1600 and I asked him why and he said it wasn't as complicated as I thought it was going to be. This guy is real honest, super clean, and didn't leave a mess. He is a terrific. guy.
