Description of Work: he National Association of Realtors has Ethics on top of Ethics and Claims to Be of a Higher Standard However NAR is NOT of a Higher Standard and Does Not Hold "Realtors" "NAR" members accountable for the harm they do to the Real Estate Consumer.They caused my eldely mother harm.. never paid her money back to her and she was not even qualified.. Do not trust this team..Not the board of realtors ethic to solve the problem.. They covered all the crooks a****..Cindy Doll CEO of board of realtors lied and hid paper work..They are now there to help you with a bad realtor.. Scot ,Bruce bad realtors.

+ -1 moreI have bought and sold 30 homes in my career as an investor, dealing with many marvelous realtors. When you hire a competent realtor, you know you are in good hands. This individual does not merit your business.
Description of Work: I contacted Scott Nichols to see if he was aware of any rentals in the Pismo Beach area that were currently available. Knowing that he manages a twin house next to mine, I thought he might be a good source for locating a property for a temporary rental, while I shopped for a detached home. I described to him that my 93 year old tenant was buying my twin home, which she had lived in for 23 years. He was informed that I was selling it on my own for cash and everything was already set up in escrow. Scott offered to send me e-mails of properties, as they came on the market. He was extremely efficient about sending all the current listings. What was a real surprise to me, was that when I arrived in Pismo Beach from Portland, Oregon, my tenant informed me that she changed her mind about purchasing my home. It ends up that Scott Nichols, of Blair Properties, sold my tenant a listing he had. His twin home listing was priced at $399,000. My twin home was selling for $380,000. Interesting that the price on his listing went down to $378,000. I have nothing good to say about someone who would go under the pretense of assisting me as a prospective buyer and turning around and rob me of my buyer! If you want to deal with someone with strong business ethics, Scott Nichols should be avoided at all costs!

+ -1 moreHe is a liar, never showed up 3X, did not return phone calls. He only cares about money, money, money. Never people. He's rude, a liar, selfish, and hurtful. I will never waste my time with him again. I thought making a purchase like this was supposed to fun and exciting. He ruined it for us! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

Description of Work: I went to scott to find some investment property. Within a hour Scott had approx 10 leads for me to look at and I had a appointment with Scott yesterday to see them. It seems like one of the properties is going to work out and I am going to make a offer. So far Scott has been great and if anyone is looking for property or just some advise it looks like he is the guy to go to.
