+ -1 moreInitially brought my computer and printer in because printer was not finishing printing jobs. They performed a diagnostic on my laptop and found that my DVD burner was not functioning, which I did not even know about. They installed a refurbished DVD burner and then discovered that the printer was malfunctioning. I went out and bought a new printer and I brought it back to Ben's where John deleted the old printer software and installed the new printer software. Total bill was $39 for diagnostic and $39 plus tax for DVD burner. My laptop is working superbly. John was very helpful, very professional, and I am extremely pleased with my experience with Ben's.
