They do a very good job. I have them every month. I first experienced them when I was in a rental unit and my landlord used them and I was very satisfied with their services that they provided in a regular basis. If we have any kind of infestation they handle it quickly and they come back until the problem is completely resolved. So when I bought my own house I decided to continue to use them because I bought a house in the same neighbourhood and they have been wonderful ever since. It?s just one man named Mike Douglas and whether it?s a rat or bug infestation he works tirelessly to make sure the problem is solved and comes back to make sure it doesn?t come even between his scheduled appointments. The stuff that they use is not toxic to my animals or to my plants. The cost for the size of my property is really nice. I have no plans to change them anytime soon.

The service person (the usual one who does the work at my mom's house) showed up on July 4, and it was also around 108 degrees outside. Most of the nests had been treated when he was out for standard service 2 weeks prior, BUT he went around and sprayed again, being very thorough in the area where I expressed concern (near the entry door my mother uses). His attention to getting everything sprayed again, and ensuring my mother's safety was very gratifying. He was conscientious and courteous. AND it bears mentioning again that he came on a holiday. I wish we had more people like Javier. If I were still living in the area (we are now in FL), I would use this service.

They come out monthly, and it costs me $50 bi monthly, I had a snake in here, and I hate shakes, and also scared to death about them, They came out, and helped get rid of the mice, and I kept them coming since, they took care of ants, and spiders. I have a mobile home, and they are very nice, they are always good to my dog, and they are always caring, and friendly, and careful about what they put around the dog, and they are very personable, and easy to deal with personally, I don't know what anybody else charges, but I always found them reasonable, and when ever I called them, they are on top of things.
