Mike Paula Floors

Mike is an artist. He fixed my red oak hardwood floors which another contractor had tried to refinish with disastrous results. Mike and his wife resanded and refinished the floors completely, getting out gouge marks left by the previous contractor. Mike knows hardwood floors inside and out. When he came to give me an estimate he could spot every one of the problems I saw left by the other contractor. He owns his own equipment so it is first rate and adjusted properly, unlike rental equipment many others use. My floors looked brand new after sanding, sealing and applying coats of the proper finish, sanding in between coats. Mike also was able to repair some thresholds mangled by the other crew. One had been ripped out and cracked. Mike repaired and reset it so you couldn't tell anything had been wrong with it. When the other crew left I was literally sick at he job they had done. Mike and his wife set all that right and my house looked brand new and beautiful when they were finished. They have equipment that catches the dust and my housekeeper was amazed at how clean everything was. His pricing is very fair also.
