Mike Orloff Painting

For this house painting project, we obtained estimates from several painting contractors. Mike Orloff's estimate was the most appropriately priced estimate for the services provided. In the estimate (and on his website) he very clearly described the prep, paint, and cleanup steps that he would provide as part of the service. The estimate also included the terms of service and explained up-front what all the costs would be, and how any overages would be handled. We liked that he stated specifically that no work would be done and no costs would be incurred beyond the original estimate without first being discussed and agreed upon by the customer. Mike, the owner of the company, dealt with us directly throughout the whole process. He was prompt, responsive, communicative, patient, thorough, and friendly. His 2-man crew was equally professional. When they said they would do something, they did it exactly as they described. They started and finished on time (if not early). Mike helped us to decide on colors as well, which we were having touble with, and the colors he suggested turned out to be ideal for our house. When we asked for some additional trim work that was not in the original estimate, Mike accommodated us and charged a very reasonable price. Overall, we were very pleased with the work, and would describe the whole experience as exceptional. We would absolutely hire Mike Orloff for future painting work.
