Description of Work: Removed 3 old layers of roofing, insulated attic, removed brick stovepipe cover and replaced with new stove pipe, r & r all gutters (looks great, now if it would only rain!). Passed City roof inspection with great comments from inspector. Family company with great work ethic, honest, reliable, pride in workmanship - recommend them without hesitation.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job and always showed up when they said they would. There're were no surprises or unexpected charges. My only complaint was the younger worker didn't seem to care about the type of work they did. I had to watch them like a hawk. The owners of Quintana Brothers on the other hand were very conscientious.
Description of Work: They removed and reroofed the main part of the house with 40 year Timberline asphalt shingles. They added facia board all the way around the house and replaced all the gutters and down spouts. They also drilled for and added soffit vents to improve attic ventilation.

Description of Work: I did not hire them because the estimate was too high for my finances. They also suggested more repair than I think was necessary. I went with someone who made due with less and cost less. Otherwise, I believe they are a good company. They seem to have a good reputation in our area. I might find out I was wrong and should've had more work done. Only the rain will tell this winter!

+ -1 moreThey were very punctual. They worked very fast. The roof looks good. It is a family run business. The workers seem to be well trained. They cleaned up well. We were satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: They did a complete tear off of the old roof and put on a new one.
