Precision Electric did an excellent job. The front office staff person was very helpful and was able to get a tech out to my site when I needed it. The service tech showed up on time and was friendly and helpful. The work was excellent and fairly priced. This is how excellent customer service works. I will be calling Precision Electric for all of my electrical needs in the future.

Precision Electric was extraordinarily attentive to our electrical/lighting needs from start to finish. They knew exactly what we needed in moving any previous electrical and adding electrical design features and electrical/lighting placements that complimented and enhanced the look we desired. We appreciated that they listened to us, and deeply cared about making sure we were satisfied customers. If you need an electrician, you won't find a more professional and organized company than Precision Electric. We are beyond happy and would give a rating of A++ if that was an option.

Eli was awesome. He figured out very quickly what was creating the lack of power in two separate circuits in our shop and home (one an intermittent and frustrating issue), and he had it all done in less than an hour. Extremely proficient and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd job they've done for us, with top notch service on all three jobs.

The guys that came did an excellent job and they were very polite and respectful. The conduit was all placed very neatly and it looks really good (for conduit). When there was some 'shadowing' from wiring in the light fixtures, they came back the next day and fixed it with no complaint. Rachel and Dave---the owners---are wonderful people and very helpful. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Really great. And they gave me some other conduit, free of charge, to use for another project in my shop. Super customer service.

They had to put in about 5 ceiling fans. They kept fitting me in their schedule because they were overloaded with work. I was having all of this done before I moved. So the house was empty. They said we only have time to do one or two today because they had stopped working on another job. They asked me what was my priority. I said the master bedroom. So they did that one and they ran out of time and did the other ones another day. They did some things well and other things not. I told them some stuff and wrote down some things they kept forgetting. They also blew out the fuse on the air conditioner but they covered the cost to have it repaired. They did a good job installing the ceiling fans. They also crammed me into their schedule. But they did some stuff that was not well.

Wonderful. Brendan and Darin were prompt, thoughtful, and especially creative in tackling our problems, all of which they solved (well, all of the electrical problems that is). We enjoyed their company and their results. We just moved here; Precision is our permanent electrician.

We liked everything so much that we had them come back and install an upgraded control pad in the kitchen. We can now stream everything from the internet. We are waiting for one last software programming to allow us to access our iTunes playlists from our desktop. Everything else is working perfectly. We love it.

The fan was installed with great efficiency. Precision Electric does an excellent job. It is a small, family owned business so they keep their costs down and they pass that savings on to the customer. Best prices in town! The owner comes out to look at the jobs and helps his electrician on jobs as needed. His electrician is great. He arrives on time, well groomed, and ready to get the job done. I highly recommend this company, and have to many of my friends. Precision Electric is the only company of it's kind that I will use in Nevada County.
