+ 0 moreMy wife and I decided to go with Out of Sight Cleaning because of all the positive reviews we read. Big mistake. We paid for their move out cleaning service and we still aren't sure what they actually did. We gave them a list of emphasis items (window tracks, glass surfaces, oven, etc) and not a single one of those items were done. My wife even stayed and HELPED clean and it was still a sub par service. Even our landlord, upon walk through inspection, was baffled that a cleaning service was done. She didnt believe us until we showed her the receipt. The cleaners were more interested in watching and sharing youtube videos than cleaning the house, which is even more disturbing when my wife said the owner who was helping was the worst offender. We paid $350 for the service. My wife had to spend 8 hours after they left to finish cleaning the house. They offered us a 10% refund. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and hard to deal with. Never again.
