I found this contractor through Angie's list. Curtis came to my home to discuss the job, after I had looked at cabinets at home centers (Lowe's etc.) and a large custom cabinet business. I had a good idea of the wood I wanted for my cabinet re-do. Curtis brought samples, and one of them was exactly what I wanted - knotty Alder. I spoke with Curtis for the better part of an hour, and after the conversation I knew that he was who I wanted to give my kitchen a new look. His knowledge, and most importantly, his passion, were why I knew he was the right contractor. I didn't even get additional bids. Unless the price was way out of line, I wanted him to do the job. I asked him to build all the cabinet doors, rather than have a larger cabinet shop make them. It likely cost more, but I wanted him to make the doors. After the job was done my kitchen looks fabulous, beyond what I had hoped for. Additionally, it was absolutely a joy to have Curtis in my home for 7 or 8 days. He is a super nice person, funny, and did a fantastic job. If I ever need custom carpentry again Curtis will be the only person I would consider. Absolutely a job well done, and great to have a new good friend.

Curtis is a vey experienced wood worker and always delivers a high quality and flawless product. He is always on time and is really great with details, ideas, and any special requests. A very pleasant and professional person to work with!

He is very nice and his work is excellent. He has done work for me since 2000. He designed and did all my ceilings in my home, built steps, and built several furniture pieces for me, and a lot of other projects for me and my family. I can't say enough good things about him and I highly recommend him!
