Moon Mountain Woods

I contacted Bob Murphy regarding my interest in locating a retail location close to us so that I could purchase a wooden door harp from his company that I had found on the internet. He replied promptly and said that he would be able to sell me his door harps from his website as he did not have a nearby location. Subsequent emails seemed cordial enough as I attempted to buy the doorharp products from him and view what was available. However, because it was a product that I could not physically "see", I had to rely on pictures or descriptions Mr. Murphy provided me with. I tried to explain in specific detail the wood types/styles and harps that I desired, but could not get a clear answer from him regarding the descriptions of the specific harps he sent a picture of. The pictures that were sent, were distorted by a red hue that he said he could not seem to figure out how to remove and therefore were not accurate representations. When I asked then to just describe the woods to me of the two I was interested in purchasing or tell me the actual type of wood used, here is the quoted response I received which comes directly from his email. "NO! I have shown you and explained to you as many times as I am going to. Either buy the harps or or not." Needless to say, I chose not to support a company that has poor customer service. But even more disheartening was that the owner was also rude and unprofessional. I hope my experience will spare others from a similar shocking website shopping experience.
