I was referred to Dave and Kris by a friend.  They've done extensive remodeling for a number of my current neighbors in Sacramento - all very satisfied customers.  I am moving to a new home in Auburn and have a lot of small projects and a limited budget.  They've been terrific to work with, offering great suggestions and working with my money and time constraints.  Can't say enough what a great experience I've had working with them.  Highly recommend!

The hardwood floor in hallway was squeaking and linoleum floor in kitchen was creaking. Some posts under house were no longer firmly attached to piers, and as a result floor was sagging in these areas. K&D attached posts to piers, filled all gaps, and reinforced floor. The house is 54 years old. A very small amount of squeaking remains in the oak hardwood. I am fully satisfied with the work.
