Description of Work: Felt I got ripped off. Prices to high and when I did some work myself I was charged inspection fees each time. Work was not done per contract and despite my written instructions on work contact they did not comply. Also an issue with payment. If they had really inspected my siding they would have found my payment as it was 6 inches from the area to inspect. My real estate agent went there after they said it wasn't there and found it and delivered to them in person. I would never recommend them to anyone for any reason. If my property hadn't sold in days with a short escrow, I would have changed companies! Very unhappy!

+ -1 moreWe had to have them come back out the last time. They treated for the termites and they had to come back out and they did it for free. I would highly recommend them to people. We had a few estimates and we thought they were comparable.
