Derek came out and gave me a quote that blew away all the others I'd talked to, and included bring the trees down and removing all the debris. To do this they had to bring in a crane so that they could safely lower large sections without damaging smaller oaks beneath the trees they were working on. They took two days to complete the job safely and arrived half and hour earlier than promised to set up and verify how they intended to work. They didn't stand around wasting time, or drag out how long it took. They had the trees complete down and all but a small amount of limbs still to be chipped by the time the left for the day. Day two was pretty much all haul away of trunks and larger limbs that couldn't be chipped. They finished chipping up small limbs and branches, raked all saw dust from the chainsaw work and small twigs down the hill for erosion control, blew the chips and small debris that had trailed up my drive way off, and were completely finished by 12:30pm. The area was left immaculately clean and looking fantastic.
Description of Work: Removal of two Digger Pines between 60 and 80 feet tall The agreed upon work was to bring in a crane to safely lower section of the two trees to a staging area. They would strip branches and chip all debris small enough to do so. The larger section were to be hauled away, and wood chips were to be dumped at the top of the driveway, just past the house for our later use.

He arrived with his crew on a pre determined date. I wasn't able to be home on that date but he took pictures as the tree was being trimmed. He did a very nice job scattering the chips thought out the yard as requested. He and his crew cut the big limbs as instructed for our fireplace and even took away debris I had mentioned someone else had left around the house. He emailed me the bill and I sent a check. His bill was what he had quoted. Great company. Absolutely will use them again.
Description of Work: Wanted a big tree in our back yard trimmed and some other smaller trimming on other trees. When he came for an estimate he was helpful and suggested several ways he could do the job. I made the final decision centering around tree trimming and price.

I received the exact price from the beginning. Five men worked continuously for 6 hours one day. When I returned home after work, I was really thrilled. The property looked beautiful. The trees were healthier and wood was stacked neatly, as I had asked. They took an effort to leave everything cleaned up. They did a beautiful job and appeared to enjoy their work. I have used them twice now and will continue to.
Description of Work: They cleared brush and fallen trees from the property, which included around the pond. Also they pruned many oaks, which they felt presented a problem by potentially falling on the house or water tank.
