Frank made an appt very soon after first contact. He called the morning of his 11:00 AM appointment to ask if it was okay to delay until noon as he had to finish a prior job. He arrived on time, was knowledgable, and fixed the issue promptly. I'd use him again

Frank brings with him many years of electrical experience. It was obvious as he worked through tasks. One, issue I had was a 3-way switch that had been wired in a manner that was 'odd' to say the least. Previous homeowners had disassembled the wiring and left it in a jumble. Frank meticulously worked through each leg identifying the proper paths. We now have a light that WORKS!
