Really nice guy; he was fast at responding after I sent my request. He was out there right away and told me what the cost would be before coming out. I had him buy the switch and he charged the same cost for the part (rather than "upcharging"). He was done in about 40 min.

Frank is great to work with. He called me right away (even though he was out of town), and agreed to contact me when he returned, which he did. Another company contacted me, but wanted me to pay for them to come out, which made no sense to me. Frank and I discussed what I needed, and set a time. He was a little late for our appointment but had a legitimate excuse, but went to work right away and finished in a few hours. The new recessed LED lights were bright white, and different that what I had elsewhere in my house, so he agreed to return and switch them out. I'm very pleased with the experience and results. I will reach out to Frank again when I have another electrical requirement.
