Mr. Lee was courteous, friendly, and a good worker. He showed up when scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner.

Frank is VERY relaxed and informal, and at first contact, I thought, does this guy know what he's doing? I almost hung up on him. Yet when he arrived, he trouble-shot the problem very thoroughly and logically, picked up an unexpected problem with a quad breaker, was a delight to get to know, and was extremely reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again as my first choice for home electrical issues.

Frank made many helpful suggestions, both cosmetically and substantively, which I very much appreciated and did chose to implement. He is an effective communicator. He arrived on time, or if he got tied up, he let me know promptly. Frank is an experienced, knowledgeable and careful electrician and a hard worker.

Frank was able to come the same day I called and made sure to let me know he was running late which presented no problem to me. He also texted his arrival in 15 minutes. Frank ascertained the problem was not a circuit issue and corrected the GFCI outlet that was affecting two other outlets.
