+ -1 moreErnie’s Van & Storage did a terrible job with my move. They did not box all of my household goods which I paid them to, they mixed my items with another move, damaged most of my furniture and lost several of my boxes during the move. They also charged me above the estimate they provided. Also, despite doing such a poor job with the move, their owner and management team will not return my calls and are trying to avoid accountability. Also, despite $10,000 in damage they caused, their Claims team is trying to say they are not responsible for lost boxes and are only offering $400 for my trouble. Atlas and Ernie’s Van & Storage are not reputable or even honest. I would avoid them like the plague. Btw, Atlas left me with boxes and shelves from someone else’s move when they delivered my things, and after 3 months have yet to get these items to the right owners. This company is irresponsible and unprofessional. One star is much too high a rating for them.

Description of Work: Didn't bring enough wardrobe boxes, didn't wrap anything, they use rubber bands only, brought a desk, beveled glass in china cabinet, dented and scratched bookshelves, tape marks on my bed that took off stain.

+ 0 moreThis move was painless and the movers and equipment outstanding.The only damage was the glass on one framed print. Amazing! I would recommend Ernie's to anyone and everyone.
Description of Work: Three men and two trucks accomplished the move in one day. The move was 1 1/2 hours away from our home. The men were careful, strong, efficient, fast, and extremely nice.
