The work Mr. Rice completed was ok, but he left important things undone, creating at least one dangerous situation. He announced that he was done with his job and was going to be gone for the weekend. He never came back. We puzzled and puzzled why Mom's new dishwasher didn't work, until a new electrician discovered that Eric had run the wiring only part way to the switch, leaving the wires short, bare, and exposed. This was dangerous. He failed to install light fixtures even though he was contracted to do so. He failed to connect the wiring to the new heat and a/c unit, both in the attic for the heating and fan unit, and to the outside a/c unit. I had to pay another electrician to fix all of these problems, since, as I mentioned above, Mr. Rice never came back, and I was so disgusted with his work that I did not want him back. I am writing this review at this late date because the heating and a/c unit he failed to hook up was in my rental adjacent to the Mother-in-Law apartment. The rental has been vacant since Mr. Rice left the job. Only when I tried to turn on the a/c for a prospective renter on July 15, 2013 did I discover that the a/c had not been wired.
Description of Work: He was hired to do all wiring for a heating and cooling install in the main house, a rental, and for a new Mother-in-Law apartment attached to the main house.
