Holy Smokes…our AC unit stopped working…yikes! No worries, Jason with Cost U Less AC, showed up in about 15 mins. And about 15 mins later fixed and cooling the house at an amazing cost…thanks Jason!

We needed new gutters for our cabin in the Sierras. We contacted Cost U Less Gutters, owned and operated under the umbrella of Cost U Less Heating & Air. We were given an estimate on September 29, 2010 Everything looked fine, the installer was prompt, and he completed the job in one day. We paid by check in full, $875.00 which was the cost after our senior discount. We had a hard snow that winter, and when I went to our cabin in June, three lengths of gutters had fallen completely to the ground pulling off most of the fascia board on the carport, and leaving a mangled mess of useless gutters. I phoned the company and was told to talk to the installer. The installer got back to me and said he'd check things out. He never came. It was difficult to get return calls, but when I left a message letting him I would take this matter to the next level, he returned my call, referred me to his insurance company, and told me it was an act of God, and he wasn't going to do anything about it. I might have believed it was an act of God, but none of my neighbor's gutters fell to the ground, and I don't believe it snowed more on our property than it did 20 yards across the road. While our insurance covered some of the costs, I don't believe we got our money's worth, nor do I think our insurance company got a fair shake. We don't recommend this company at all and wouldn't trust them to perform any kind services.
