Response from Byers
Twenty-one years ago, when I came to work for Ray Byers Sr., he told me; never tell a client a lie, and try not to make mistakes because we eat them. That culture has been shared with every salesman we ever hired so we take very seriously your feeling that we mislead you. We require our salesmen to submit all photos and paperwork back to the office. Upon reading your comments, I thoroughly reviewed the photos submitted by our salesman and after comparing them to photos available on the web, have no doubt that the house in the photos is your house. It appears that only one gutter had a lot of debris and that is the gutter over your garage, the other sections had debris to a lesser degree. I would be happy to go over the photos with you so you can see what I have seen, and prove to yourself that the house in the photos, is indeed your house. It is unfortunate that you felt that our price was too high. People often feel that way in the beginning, in fact reading a few surveys this morning, we had a couple of clients mention the same feeling. I have had MANY clients see us at home shows and relate that in the beginning they too were unsure about investing in our system, but after years of service and with the benefit of hindsight, they felt that our system was one of the best investments they ever made in their home. We believe in the value of our system, so do our clients, and when surveyed 99% of our clients, said they would recommend us to their friends. We realize our system is not for everyone, and we would never condone misleading someone to obtain a sale. We are passionate about our system, so we do everything we can to help those folks that want it, get it, but that does not include underhanded sales techniques. Never have, Never will. Thanks for your feedback and, as I said, I would be happy to meet with you show the photos to you so you can see for yourself. Thanks for the opportunity to at least show you our system. Best wishes.
