Repairs were completed in about 5 minutes.

Overall, they did a good job. There was one corner of the house where we noticed the gutters did not drain properly. When we pointed this out, Byers was quick to come out and adjust the gutters at that corner.

Frustrating,It took three phone calls to finally receive my estimate by email.

Excellent job. Came out years after work was done to fix a downspout, charged me nothing.

Very fast and work that they were doing was explained to me. Was told by a pest control person that we needed dry rot fixed (for a price) Byers said they would repair if they found any and they didn't find any dry rot so I would have paid for something that didn't need to be done. I trust Byers and being honest about the dry rot (non existent) Great company and very professional. If I ever moved and needed gutters I would use Byers again.

They finished the job on time. The workers were courteous and professional. They left the job site cleaner than they found it. I was/am very happy with the work.

They did a great job. At one point we felt there was a stoppage in one of the gutters they came out checked everything at no cost. There was no stoppage. We would hire them again !

We were given a quote to tear off two layers of roofing and replace with a roof with a lifetime warranty. It included ridge vents. The work was done a few months later. It was a bit messy and we are still finding roofing nails in the yard. Overall, we are very satisfied with the job.

Initial installation seemed to go very well. When we had a few good rainstorms that year, a problem came to notice at the junction point of the roof valley and two gutters on the house ( leak was right over area of entering the house). Byers LeafGuard was contacted and came to the house and fixed the problem. I believe that in 2015 LeafGuard stopped by to verify that the gutters were clean and functional. Pointed out that at junction of garage roof valley and front house gutter could not handle the runoff during a rain storm. Suggested a vertical downspout from house gutter to the garage gutter, and they made this correction that day. I will have to check this area in the next rain storm this week -Jan.2017. My wife and I are very pleased with these gutters. And she is extremely happy that I am not out in the rain on a ladder cleaning out clogged gutters.

They were on time. Did the work in less than a day. Totally professional. It was four years ago and the gutters still look great and work perfectly!

Installers broke a roof tile when taking off old gutters. They did come back a few days later to replace the tile, I think that it helped speed the process since I held back $500 until the repair was made. When they installed a downspout they curved around one of the bump-outs on the house. The salesperson said that they would carve out the bump-outs to accommodate the wider downspout. When I explained this to the person that I called, they said that it was not specified in the plans that the sales person gave them. I explained this was no fault of mine and they came back and fixed. With the cost of the seamless gutters being close to 3 times the cost of regular gutters I expected better customer service but do not feel that is what I received. I always felt as if I was expected to work on their schedule and not what was convenient for my schedule.

Work was done on time. Crew was neat and professional.

The install took place while I was away, but was performed when promised and quickly. The gutters work as advertised and I haven't had a problem with leafs getting in them. Byers representatives were very professional and informative throughout the process. The only two complaints I have are: 1) They left many of the old gutter attachments nails on the ground, which was right where the cars go in and out of the garage. This was very disappointing, as their roofers had gone around with a magnet and ensured almost all the old nails from the roof were removed from the job site. 2) The cost of the gutters were about 3 times what competitors were quoting. I went with them because they were already replacing my roof and it was just a short 30+ foot straight install, so it gave me a chance to see if I wanted to use them on the house. Byers has a very unique gutter solution, but I will probably look for a less expensive alternative when the time comes for replacing the gutters on my whole house.

The composite roof on my detached garage was falling and blowing off, even though it was installed in in 2008 by the previous owner. I was told by the home inspector that is looked as if it was installed improperly. I received several estimates, but the sales representative from Byers was great and Byers was using a great roofing product. After signing the contract they promptly contacted me and completed the work. During that time they inspected the roof on my house, as I knew it was leaking and some shingles were already falling off. They said it was also installed incorrectly, which was why the shingles were coming off like the garage. The cost for the house was considerable, $16,000 and the garage had already cost me about $6,000, so I thanks them as it was only May and didn't expect any rain until November. In September, I contacted them again and signed a contract with the same wonderful sales representative. He said they were busy and it wouldn't be until November until they could get to my job. I said no problem, as long as we got a new roof on before the heavy rains in December and January. He said the installer representative, same gentleman as on he garage, would contact me before November to schedule the re-roof on the house. November arrived and I waited. No call, not even an email to let me know of any delay. By mid-November, I called their office to inquire when I might expect the roofers to come out, as it was starting to enter rainy season and I was promised a November install if I signed the contract in early September. I was told he was out on vacation and only told to wait until he returned at the end of November. December came and went with no attempt by the installer to contact me. January arrived and I finally received an email from an office working asking if mid-January was a good time for them to come out to replace the roof, weather permitting. I replied yes, as it was pouring down rain that day and leaks were dripping into buckets in my house. A few days later I received a call from the installer saying he would be out in another week or two to install, weather permitting. It rained for pretty much two weeks straight. Late in January, there was a two day break in the rain, just long enough to replace the roof, which they did. They did an outstanding job and professional work. No more leaks! I am very pleased with the product and price. Their sales representative is outstanding, the installer, was either over-worked, or decided to move on, as I had to finish up the final permitting paperwork with the sales representative, as he told me he was now moved to the installers position. I just wish they had done as good of a job at communicating on the house roof install as they did for the garage install. I would be much more understanding of a company that promised November in September, but then ran into scheduling issues and simply called me to let me know there would be a delay. No communication from September through to January was very frustrating and left me with a less than outstanding experience.

It was wonderful! There was a little problem and they did take care of it. Their initial measuring problem was a little off. We had some window problems but they took care of it, they fixed it. We were happy with their responsiveness. They were very professional. I would use them again in future.

It was a disaster quite frankly. I'm going to have to place a great deal of wood in my house because leaves did get in there and it got clogged before the rainy season started here and I said somebody has to come and clean this out because with that cover on it nobody can reach in so you have to top it off or do whatever you do. And so this young man came out. He said it's just a spider web there. He says you get your broom and you sweep all this and you'll be fine and he left. And you know if anybody ever ask me about Byers roof guy I would tell them never ever to use that company.

Worked out really well. They came out and they had this system that you never have to clean the gutters again and I have [01:17] my wife didn't want me climbing any ladders anymore so we called them out. They're a little pricey but then what they are doing is replacing your gutters with something that doesn't have to be cleaned. So they came out, they did the thing in one day.

The product is perfect and it works just like it is supposed to work. The guys that put it up weren't perfect but they were really nice and did an okay job. It was a little pricey but I never have to climb up the second storey and hang on the side which is 22 feet high and dig stuff out of my drains again, ever. If something happens, they are going to come and fix it because that is what they said they would do. It had been a while, it drains properly and does what it is supposed to do. They told me that the workers would be prepared for anything and they weren't because there was some wood rot on some of the siding. They didn't seem to have that good of a hand on it. They fixed it but they didn't replace it with what was there. The board would have had a shape to it but when they put the new board up, it didn't have a shape to it. It doesn't matter because you can't see it but it wasn't perfect.
