Description of Work: They replaced the gutters for the entire house. They appear to work as expected. Each gutter is custom made and fitted. A roof leak appeared immediately after. A flashing had not been properly placed and they had to return to fix it. And small holes were left in the stucco and not sealed up which may or may not be a problem at this point. HOWEVER they keep leaves and debris out which was a huge issue with us.

Description of Work: I had gutters replaced around whole house. Since then I have had them come out to check that a gutter was not clogged and recently had landscaping redone and needed a gutter to be attached to a pipe underground. On all occasions they were here within a day or two after I called them and did their job efficiently and left the area they were working in clean. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: They were great. We had a slight problem with a back up and they came right out and fixed it. The gutters work wonderful. No more water pouring down the windows because of clogged drains. If I can get them to come down to Pacific Grove I will use them again. | |At this time I do not remember the cost. Of course, at the time it was more then we wanted to spend on gutters. But now, well worth the money!

Description of Work: Everyone who works for Byers' LeafGuard involved in the installation of our new gutters were extremely professional and courteous: from the sales representative (Lance Bellows), to the gentlemen delivering the materials (incl. Trevor), to the gentlemen performing the installation (Jason N. and Brian G.), to the billing department (Susan). |We found the letters we received helped prepare us for the day of the installation. The day of installation we were happy that the installers made sure to clean up the area nicely. You have a wonderful company and great workers. |There are many other gutter systems available from several other vendors, but we feel confident in Byers' LeafGuard gutter system promise to never clog. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Byers' LeafGuard.
