They kept the job site clean, respected our pets and made sure we could work from home while the job was being conducted. A really great contractor to work with. I did shop around and get multiple bids for the job. They provided the most complete estimate and it was competitive with the other companies that came out.

Not well. We agreed on a price and he charged us without doing all the work. Some of it failed and cost us an extra $6000. We hope there aren't more problems.

I think it's performing quite well. They struck me to be very accomplished and they really knew their product. Their skills in installation and handling the job were excellent. They have the best price of the 3 contractors I got bids from. The brand that they represent is Carrier and I found that the consumer reports gave it a very high rating. Their workmanship was also excellent. There were no problems with their punctuality.

The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, and the service was scheduled quickly, within a couple days. There were two different technicians who came out to my house-one to diagnose the problem, and another who came about a week later to replace the hose kit. Both of the technicians were friendly and seemed quite competent. They both had been in this type of work for many years, and knew what they needed to do. I was pleased with the service, although the problems with our HVAC needed more repairs than first thought. (Needed to replace the main circuit board, which my husband did later). Overall, I was very pleased with the service from Brewer Heating, and I would recommend them in future. I thought the service was somewhat expensive, but I haven't had heating service before, and the cost seemed in line with other providers.

It went great! I contacted them via email and we arranged for them to come out in a few days time. It was the owner, Robb, who came out. He's a really nice guy, he did exactly what he said he would do, and was great with communicating about his arrival time. From what I've seen, I'd certainly recommend Brewer and will call them when I decide to replace my old air conditioner.

Brewer completed the installation in a timely manner and so far, to our satisfaction. The installers were considerate about keeping our house clean and the new Carrier unit is working beautifully during the worst heat wave in years. We are very happy.

Not Only did Brewer's come out the same day I called, but had the courtesy to call 5 minutes before arriving. The work that was done was done quickly and efficiently. The serviceman had several money-saving tips and advice regarding heating our home. We would definitely recommend this company for your heating problems.

Lack of cooling air led to calling my usual AC technician to test my 20 year old AC system. Loss of coolant, indicating a leaking condensor plus the system age convinced me it was time for a new, more efficient system.I obtained three bids for a replacement system; two local contractors and one bid from COSTCO. I also checked product ratings with Consumer Reports and talked to an HVAC knowledge technician I know through Church.The local contractors were both fairly prompt to respond with bids. COSTCO couldn't get a salesman to visit me for three weeks. We are an hours drive from the nearest COSTCO, and more like 1.5 hours from their AC sub-contractor's main office. Surprisingly, COSTCO had the highest price and the least efficient equipment (Lennox). Brewer's Carrier equipment was the most reliable of the four brands I considered according to Consumer Reports and thanks to a Carrier rebate, the price was about 5% less than the next best bid using the least reliable equipment (York) according to Consumer Reports. The decision to go with Brewer's was very easy to make.I was personally called on by the owner of Brewer's AC, Rob Brewer. He provided his bid within 2 days, invited me to his shop to pre-view the equipement. Rob also showed me some of the features of the system in his 'showroom' mainly the features of the system controller/thermostat. Within one week of commiting to the purchase, Brewer AC called me to schedule the installation. The installation was completed within one day by a three man team of what appeared to be very seasoned technicians. By 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon the AC was back on and Robbie Brewer, son of the owner, was showing me how to adjust the system controller/thermostat. There is still the final inspection required on the gas hook-up, which will happen in the next 1 -- 2 weeks but considering it is forecast to be 100+ degrees this week, I'm sure that is not a problem.
