Mister Perry started on in early May and finished in July, 2001. His work was delayed by weather and the need to coordinate his work around the carpenters I had here at the same time. He was very willing to delay when needed and was always ready to do his work when he could get access. He was careful and I did not find a drop of paint or stain out of place. He cleaned up every day after his work and in general was very friendly and cooperative. I am glad to recommend this gentleman to any of my friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: Dean Perry and his assistant painted and stained our large two story home during the months of May and July of 2011. The work was done in good time and he coordinated his work with the carpenters I had working at the same time installing two new decks.. He also hand sanded and stained both decks and my wife and I are very happy with the results. He was very helpful and showed great patience when it took us such a long to decide on just the right stains to use on the deck.
