Description of Work: First he didn't show up to do an estimate when scheduled. Then he showed up on another day when someone else wX scheduled and stole their business. Then he made s green pool greener. Then he recommended we drain the pool during a drought. We brought someone else in who claimed the magic waters guy did the opposite of what should have been done and fixed the pool within days. I had difficulty getting even s partial refund.
