Mikhail did a quick patch job, which was all I needed at the time. But he was knowledgeable and quick to help. I'll call him when I do some major work this summer.

On Monday, one of the workers noticed a leak from the siding. Mikhail climbed up and noticed that the caulking was old and ineffective. (They were there for the flashing). What a great observation! Then Mikhail went to the other side of the house and noticed that no caulking was ever done there. (Sears did the initial siding). Again, bravo. Sears was going to charge me 792.00 and use the damaged flashing. Michail quoted me 500.00 with new flashing, and 50.00 for the caulking. They did a beautiful job of matching the new flashing to the siding, cutting it correctly and making sure that the wind would not disturb it.

Kubuk Construction crew was efficient and through in their work. A professional job with pros with a great attitude and they were friendly and amenable to our concerns and anwered our questions about siding. Serge was on the job on time everyday and has excellent people skills. They cleaned up after each day's work and were willing to do a little extra here and there. Liz and another gentleman at the Sears Home Improvement Office were understanding about our concern about needing a little roofing tile work done in conjunction with the siding. Follow-up phone calls from Liz was a great touch..Really.., we are quite pleased with the work.

This crew does a great job. They work very fast and do quality work. Their price was the lowest of 3 quotes I received for this project. I am very pleased and would absolutely recommend this company.

Kibuk Construction was hired to replace siding on the front and one side of my home. The siding was weathered and cracked and exhibited evidence of dry rot. I explained what I needed to have done, I was given an estimate. And a price was agreed upon. They replaced the trim and facia and the siding and painted it. The work was done in a very efficient, safe and professional manner. The job site was kept clean and all the old material was removed and when they were done it looked as if they were never there. Yes, I would hire these fine folks again. I highly recommend them to anyone who want siding done. Jim.

This sibling-owned company was prompt, professional, and by far the most reasonable of the contractors we had give us estimates (their price came in at 1/2 of the competitors price). They did an excellent job, were extremely friendly, and were very easy to work with--I highly recommend them!
