It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them though selfishly I don't want them to be too busy as I have more I need done. Very positive attitude, on time, on budget, friendly and responsive.

Brent responded very quickly and was able to meet our tight deadline as we were needing to close escrow on the home. The price was very good (cheaper than the pest company's quote) and the repair work satisfied the buyers. We highly recommend his work and will be using him for fixes needed at our new home!

This is the second time I've hired Brent Brandolino, Granite Bay House Doctor. So, already that says something positive. He came out to the house to give me an estimate on building a new section of front porch railing. We agreed on the scope of work and set up a date and time for the work to be completed. I had taken out a sidewalk and steps to the front porch that led to a very busy street that no one could use. There was already a second sidewalk and set of steps from the driveway to the same porch and front door. Brent arrived at the agreed upon time and day, took measurements, conferred with me about a couple of items and picked up the wood he needed to complete the project. He not only did a beautiful job, he'd determined that the rails on the existing 5 feet of railing were incrementally smaller distances apart and duplicated that effect on the section he built. That way, the eye wouldn't notice a difference in how it looked. I was impressed. Cleanup was well done. The railing looks great and is exactly what i wanted. I will definitely hire him again to do work at my house.

I called the contractor and asked to have a return call for discussion of the bid. He called once when I was not home so I called again to explain I wanted to discuss the price and make sure we were discussing the same job expectation due to the price with material not included. His hourly rate had to be $150 plus dollars and hour because for $1800 dollars. he was indicating he would only remove my bathtub and plastic walls, prep the job (what ever that included was not mentioned and replace the tub and wall set that I bought. I have never written a review for Angie's list before however, this price was so outrageous I felt I must inform others of this contractors methods. I made attempts to call the again but was not successful to speak to him and he would not return my call. I could never recommend this contractor and wonder how long he can stay on Angie's list with these prices and his professionalism.

He responded to my call within an hour, removed the broken fan and since we had to order a new fan, returned on another day and installed the new one.

He did what he said he was going to do and he charged me what he said he's going to charge me. He took care of the job in a timely fashion. I told him to make it flat and even and he did that.

He did an excellent job and I liked his price. He was very professional. Of three services I called, he was the only one whose phone actually went to a voicemail. It was a professional phone call. As soon as he was back in town, he called me. Pricing was excellent. We had to reschedule twice, one's for him and one's for me but that was okay. He will be coming back out.

So far FABULOUS

Did a beautiful job, attractive and very sturdy. I would enthusiastically recommend them.
