All went well. Some delays due to shipments delayed and/or broken. Loving my new bathrooms!

This was our third home improvement project with Wiseman's, and they did another excellent job for us! They arrived on time and actually got the job done quicker than estimated. Ryan and Phil are agreeable when I invariably want to make additions/changes to the original plan and the work is top notch. We will definitely call them when our next home improvement project comes around.

The work went very well. Phil made the contact and was always responsive to my questions. He was supportive and helpful throughout the project. The teams for plumbing, tiling and painting were very skilled and careful. We are delighted with the results. Thank you!

Everything went better than expected! We provided the kitchen appliances and Wiseman installed them. I know that job was going to be challenging because of the tight fit with the new stuff, but they cut granite, adjusted cabinets and made it look super-professional. The master bathroom was completely gutted. We found a slipper tub and fixtures we wanted to use and they had no problem incorporating those into the bathroom. We also had our own ideas on what ceramic tile/marble we wanted to use. Phil found a really nice accent pattern that we ended up using in several places in the bathroom and we love the design changes that he recommended. We both had problems locating the cabinets for the master bath, but we were also looking for pre-made cabinets, rather than custom built, which they also offer, but at a higher price. We did find a great solution and love how it turned out. We also had new flooring installed throughout the house. We took care of getting the bedrooms carpeted through Lowe's, but we had Wiseman install tile flooring throughout most of the house, plus wood laminate in a couple of rooms. We ended up providing more materials than we expected, but since the original agreement gave us an allowance toward flooring choices, that cost was backed out of the contract and we simply purchased the flooring ourselves and Wiseman installed it. I can imagine that most constructions projects have surprises that need to be dealt with and we were no exception. In fact, we had some pretty substantial surprises and we talked them through, discussing various ways to resolve them, and both agreed on ways to move forward that were not always the least expensive, but we felt like we were part of the process and had some control over our expenses. Wiseman is prompt, very careful with their work, did a great job cleaning up daily and were very professional. There were no delays on their part and our friends love how our home looks now! I would definitely recommend Wiseman to anyone needing to spruce up their home.

Phil was absolutely amazing. He listened to what we wanted done and what our budget was. He didn’t try to over sell any unnecessary products or services. When the remodel began, the guys worked really **** ** tearing down and building things back up. And on top of that, the owner, Ryan, also came in and did the remodel work as well. So it’s not some sub contractor coming in. That just goes to show that the work they do, they want to make sure it’s done right. And we absolutely love our bathroom!!! It turned out fantastic and you honestly cannot beat the price!

Phil, designer, came to our home, assessed the work to be done, and gave us his estimate. Phil assisted us with suggestions for materials and design. He met with us when the time came to choose our countertop. Phil always answered our questions very promptly and calmed our concerns about the work being done. Ryan, the contractor, was so very professional and explained to us every step of the process. Ryan checked in with us regularly and was always prompt. The plumber, tile man, and the men who did their part of the job, were phenomenal. Mike, the tile man, did an excellent job on the tub surround and the shower. His attention to detail was apparent when we saw the final product. When the frameless shower door was installed, it was the perfect finishing touch to a beautiful bathroom. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Phil and Ryan. Wiseman Home Improvement is a company we will recommend to our friends. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you again. I cannot say enough good things about Wiseman's Home Improvement. I had a great experience with them even before I signed the work order for the job. Right from the start, Phil, the designer, was engaged with me about my bathroom remodel project. He was emailing ideas to me right after his walk-through, even before I signed paperwork. Phil walked me through the design process and took his time showing me different product selections and design ideas. He never pressured me to make any choices until I was certain of the design I wanted for my bathroom. He helped me through the process, but definitely made sure the design was a reflection of my own taste. Phil was always prompt in replying to my many emails regarding design and different fixtures I was interested in. Ryan, the contractor, is equally as amazing. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how well he and his crew took care to make sure my home was clean after they left. It did take quite a bit more time for my bathroom remodel to be completed than was originally estimated when the project was started, but it was well worth the wait for the quality of work that I received. I requested a lot of tile be laid in a very small, awkward space. The tile work is impeccable! Every tile is perfectly cut and laid. Friends of mine were also remodeling their bathrooms at the same time and went with a much larger, more well-known company, and they were jealous of how beautifully done my bathroom was compared with theirs! They had nothing but complications with the tile work and overall quality of work. Halfway through the project, I found out that I needed to replace my old electrical panel and Ryan was happy to add it on to the job for a fair price! Ryan made sure that I was completely satisfied with all work done and immediately addressed any concerns or areas I thought needed additional attention. In the end, there was only a bit of touch up painting to do because he and his crew showed amazing attention to every detail. I will use Wiseman's Home Improvement for every future project I have!

Mike, the installer, was a real pro. He was efficient and neat in his work while also maintaining superb attention to detail.

Phil, the initial contact for Wiseman Home Improvement was very helpful during the design phase. I had an idea of what I wanted to do but Phil provided great suggestions based upon other bathroom projects Wiseman has done. Ryan Wiseman and his crew showed up on time each day, used tarps to protect exposed furniture and floors, and cleaned up before they left. I finally got the master bathroom I always wanted and the marble work was exceptional. Work was done on time and budget. Wiseman takes pride in providing quality work at a good price. I would highly recommend them to any considering a bathroom or kitchen renovation.

My house was built in 1998 had a TV niche that obviously was for a large projection TV and it dated the house. Phil, who is the initial project contact, helped me design a custom media console that went perfectly with the family room decor. Wiseman installed a faux front wall in the niche on which to hang the full motion mount & TV, The solid wood media console was made off-site and installed below the TV in the niche. Wiseman works closely with their customers to ensure the client's vision becomes their reality. Great work, fair price, and very professional from project beginning to end.

I can't believe it has been almost a year since my bathroom was remodeled. I met with Phil and Ryan before the project. My hand was not held before the project as I went to all the tile places by myself and also shopped for counter tops by myself...but I learned a lot from the sales reps at each store. Ryan was the lead on the remodel and I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He made some awesome recommendations that 10 months later I am still very grateful for. Ryan is certified electrician and I have had no electrical problems with the bathroom as I know other homeowners have had using other contractors. As a homeowner, if you decide to go with pebble tile, do not use it as a floor for the shower. It is very hard to keep clean. As an accent it is beautiful and I love it. The tile for the floor and around bathtub is amazing and is holding up. Ryan did such a good job that my 30 year old house passed all the required inspections. Always make sure that you understand completely the contract. We had have a misunderstanding during final billing that was eventually resolved through e-mails.

The Wiseman Company was fantastic to work with they really listened to what we wanted done and saw our vision for the space. They stuck to the budget, were on time, worked with us throughout the project, and were honest. They did quality work and we are so happy with the end result. We look forward to taking a shower in our new luxurious space everyday.

I was very pleased. They were very precise, very detailed. I would use them, I had a couple of conversations with Phil. As I said it had nothing to do with them, I just wasn't ready to conclude whether I was going to.

From the first time I contacted Phil and Ryan about remodeling my master bathroom they exceeded my expectations. They are the first contractors I have worked with that returned my calls promptly, showed up when they said they would and completed their work in a timely manner. Phil was great about assisting me with material selection and the quality of Ryan's work is exceptional. My new bathroom is beautiful and my satisfaction was always Ryan's top priority. I plan to remodel a guest bathroom in the future and won't hesitate to call them. For quality and price, they can't be beat.

Phil provided bid & helped me pick out tiles & was always available for questions. Ryan was very responsive to our needs; always kept us updated as to when he or contractors would be on site. Workers & subs were friendly & professional. First day on the job they found 6" of water in our crawl space, Ryan installed a sump pump to eliminate any future concerns. Remodel took about 2 months to complete.

As expected all went well. Ryan and Phil are great to work with. Phil helpful selecting materials and Ryan very responsible over actual construction. This is second bathroom remodel with them. Would highly recommend.

We are so happy with the results! It's a remarkable transition from our old gloomy kitchen to this bright new one and the remodel was relatively stress free considering we were used to spending a lot of time in our kitchen. Everyone who participated from Wiseman's was great at their job and so pleasant to work with. They were very accommodating when we asked for additional work like venting through the ceiling for the range and repairing cracked ceiling and wall areas in the rest of the house.

I knew in advance when they would be here, what they would be doing and got it done. We took several estimates on this and realized we did not have to spend 20-30K to take a shower and personal business. Very happy with the way it went out, and came back in. Would not hesitate to hire again or definitely would recommend. Last but not least, a happy wife is a happy life. The $500 discount with Angie's was a great through in. Thanks guys

Phil and Ryan were great! Phil helped me with the selection of all the different tile (glass, porcelain, stone and Granite). We met at a store but he went out to others to find just the right ones that would blend. Ryan was on the job everyday with others the entire time showing daily progress. They did the job on time and within budget. These are honest, hard working and kind people. I would recommend and have already had them look at my second bathroom as another full renovation.
