Description of Work: A WISEMAN'S HOME IMPROVEMENT INC managed my master bath remodel over the course of about 2.5 weeks. From start to finish I was completely satisfied. My goal was to replace a hideous 1987 large tub/shower combo with a beautiful walk-in custom tiled shower. In addition, I wanted quartz countertops, new sinks, flooring, paint/baseboard and refaced cabinets. Initial engagement was with Phil who listened to my ideas and made recommendations based on my budget. His input was vital. Ryan managed the job and coordinated all aspects once I accepted the quote. It was a pleasure to work with him throughout the project and I felt confident that the outcome would be successful. The quality of workmanship and overall communication was excellent. The completed bathroom is exquisite. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Description of Work: We are in process of discussions of bathroom remodel design so work not done yet but they have been awesome to date and so extremely helpful in design concept and keeping costs to a minimum. I am so happy to have found them through Angie's list. What a gem of a company!

Description of Work: We had a list of items to be repaired to include but was not limited to: adjusting several closet doors so that they rolled smoothly, repairing/installing improved motion lights outside, adjusting the kitchen paper towel rack, adjusting the kitchen sprayer in sink that shot water at the ceiling. | |All projects were completed per our agreement and done expertly.

Description of Work: Ryan and crew completed a remodel on our kitchen and both bathrooms. We had them replace the lighting, install Quartz counter tops,tile back splash, new laminate flooring in the kitchen as well as a new sink and range top. They also painted the kitchen. Flooring was removed and replaced in half the floor space in the house(1000 sf). New quartz counters,and shower/tub area ,in guest bath along with new sinks and fixtures. The master bath area received new frame-less glass shower enclosure and floor, quartz was installed on counters,shower and tub area also new sinks and fixtures. New front door was installed. Wiseman Home Improvement did all the demo work. All Quartz installation was subbed out to Counter Top Design. All members of Wiseman Home Improvement were professional, courteous, and on time. We were kept informed of progress and planned worked. There were no delays. As in any construction project this large there will always be some small issued that arise. Ryan was always on top of things and responded immediately, and professionally. We were very satisfied with the work and the timely completion of the job.

Description of Work: Repaired dry rot damage in bathroom wall, installed new tub, replaced tile surrounding tub, replaced linoleum with floor tile, patched walls and painted them, installed new toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting. and vent.

Description of Work: I recently bought a new house (new to me at least, was built in 1997). While putting up Christmas lights I found some dry rot not caught during the home inspection on some of the eaves on the roof. I called Wiseman's for an estimate having been referred by a friend. Ryan, the main contractor, came out and gave me an estimate to replace the rotted wood, fix the metal sheeting that wasn't installed correctly between the eaves and roofing that was causing the dry rot.
