Description of Work: I called them for service on my washing machine. The technician was able to come the same day. He was professional and knowledgable.

Description of Work: Honest, polite, and knowledgeable. Found problem quickly and told us to call manufacture because if he opened panel of refrigerator, our warranty would not be honored. He was right. Called manufacture who fixed problem, but if he had opened panel we would have had to pay for service from manufacture.

Description of Work: They fixed the condenser in my wine fridge! I thought it was a little expensive, but it has been working fine and cheaper than buying a new wine fridge!

Description of Work: The refrigerator would was not cold because the lights inside were not turning off when the door was closed. Initially the tech unscrewed the lights while he had to order a new computer board and light assembly. the refrig cooled down as the tech expected and remained cold until the repair was completed. The replacement of the parts was completed in about 30 minutes. they were very prompt, courteous and efficient. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks Angie's List.

Description of Work: Thermostat in dryer needed to be replaced. I wasn't charged excessively and I appreciate that. They were courteous, punctual, clean and neat. Would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: my refrigerator stopped working - it could have been a huge compressor issue -- but the repairman said -- i think its this little $30 part -- he had asked what brand and kind of appliance it was before he came out -- had the right part on the truck - and in less than an hour my refrigerator was working - and has worked for a year!
