Edward at Top Line Floors and Kitchen is very knowledgeable and did not use any pressure sale technique when we visited his store. He was able to save us a substantial amount of money on our project and offered the best warranty for our hardwood floors. Edward's installation people were extremely respectful, well mannered, and all spoke English. These are some of the things that extremely important to us, due to the fact that sometimes my wife and son had to be home alone with the workers. Nothing worse than having people who are disrespectful and do not speak any English working in your home. We were so impressed with Edward, his workers, his service, and his product that we are now talking to him about remodeling our kitchen. Last thing, Edward did not try to nickel and dime us when he and his workers encountered problems, even though they had to work an extra day due to repair. As a matter of fact, they did not charge me anything extra than what we had agreed upon.
