Great. The painter was meticulous and cleaned up afterward. I was a ittle surprised that they sent only one painter for the job. It took 6 hours, which is a little over $60 an hour. Is that a good price?

"My employee worked roughly 7 hours and didnt grab lunch to finish everything within the time given, also we had to supply .31mil plastic and some 4mil plastic as well because what you provided wasnt enough at no extra charge to you. Your kitchen is roughly 13 x 20 which is oversized, your wooden floors and lacquer finished cabinets and all appliances had to be professionally masked to prevent damage. Only one coat was applied because the colors were similar and one coat of the paint and primer was sufficient for ample coverage. For $249, including the cost of gas and the extra material spent the price seems for fair a for job done well and quickly."

I originally had Tito quote me a price on painting my condo. His price came in at LESS than half the amount given by the contractors that were working on my building, hired by my HOA. After seeing the reviews on laminate installation, I asked him to quote that too. Not only did he do a great job, but he offered me a lot of advice that really saved me money on this renovation. For example, instead of buying quarter round to match the floor, he bought unfinished quarter round at a lower cost and painted them to match the moulding. He also suggested only putting laminate in the main rooms and putting carpet in the bedrooms. His installation costs were way less than Home Depot, plus he did it all with a quick turn around, which was great because I was trying to rent my condo out ASAP.

Tito arrived on time for the estimate and promptly developed a comprehensive bid. He and his painters always showed up on time and worked full days. They were very professional and courteous. For example, we had just had the floors refinished so they were careful to pick up and move the furniture versus just sliding it to avoid damaging the floors. My only complaint is that they did not remove the "rosettes" around some of the door knobs before painting but masked them instead. It may have been difficult to remove them due to age.
They cleaned up at the end of each day and returned the furniture to original locations upon completion of the job. The crew worked well with each other and it was obvious that they had experience working as a team. Tito stopped in from time to time and kept on top of the project. At the end, we did a "walk through" and accomplished the finishing touches.
All in all, it was a good experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Paid Tito and his crew to do a number of job around the house including crown molding, baseboard, painting and a fence in the back yard. The crown all cracked apart at the seems within a week and the wood he used for the fence warped so bad, the boards are popping off. I called him two times to have him fix the issues and he brushed me off both times.

"In response to Mr [removed member name], it was clearly noted at the beginning of the job that his house was constantly settling, we finished the crown & baseboard job and it was approved by him. The problem here stems from two things, the inability to provide the proper budget for the job and Chris's incredibly high expectations of the work. ITs obvious that our craftsmanship is of high quality and par with any other company, however mr [removed member name]demands were just too unreosanble to be met. As far as the fence that was built, we worked at a per diem rate, mr [removed member name] provided the materials (he purchased the most inexpensive PINE planking when REDWOOD was clearly and repeatedly recommended). The job was finished and mr [removed member name]agreed to the quality of the work, mr [removed member name]also forgets to mentioned that we came in to fix the work that another contractor had started and was fired by mr [removed member name]because he didnt agree with the quality. Its not profitable for me to comebaack every couple of months to retouch molding and walls every time a hairline crack appears (after all this is California and theres Earthquakes here constantly)."

We are preparing our house for sale and needed a number of small projects taken care of including painting some french windows (inside/outside), caulking, painting shutters, painting a bathroom, etc. Many companies do not like to bother with these smaller jobs.
Tito came out immediately and his crew started the next day. He suggested power washing the entire house and then doing the painting. Really made the place look like new. Even after they finished we found a few spots that needed touch up. He came back out the next day and took care of these areas as well. We will certainly call them to come a paint our next house.

I received several proposals for exterior house painting on home and two detached buildings. I personally interviewed on site 5 proposals. Mr. Alcaraz was not the cheapest proposal. He took great care in explaining to me his system of surface preparation and painting. He was enthusiastic about his work and it was obvious to me that not only was he knowledgable but he took GREAT PRIDE in his work. His team was timely, hard working and detailed. My home required a great deal of prep work (1940s construction) and his team attacked the work with skill and attention to detail.

Jesus came out with Tito the first day. They were very punctual, in fact was the one running late. Excellent communication with what supplies to buy and where to get them. They did not have me buy any unnecessary items, just paint and plastic for the floor. I had purchased on day of painting as a deal but when I saw the quality of the work I quickly asked them to come back another day. The work is detailed, clean lines absolutely gorgeous! I am so excited to move in to the new house. Jesus was polit,e professional and efficient. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a painter.

Tito sent Jesus, who was extremely professional, courteous, tidy and very thorough. He carefully draped the entire kitchen and when he was done six hours later, the paint job was perfect and the room looked like he'd never been there. We would gladly hire them again.

Excellent. Tito called not long after I bought the Big Deal. He was able to send the painter the very next weekend. He gave me instructions of what to buy with regard to paint and tape and plastic and told me where to go to use his contractors account and get a discount. His painter arrived on time and even though the power was out in the neighborhood for a couple of hours he still charged a ahead. I had recently had my kitchen ceiling plastered as well as a wall in my bathroom due to some electrical work and he proceeded to cover everything with plastic before getting to work. He sanded down the plaster work and painted. He was so fast that he was also able to paint two doors and the trim around those doors. His work was incredibly neat and drained oriented. He cleaned up everything before he left and I would never know that anything had been plastered. He did a great, great job.

We purchased the paint and had the rooms ready to go: switchplate covers off and furniture moved and covered. One entire room needed all four wall painted and 4 other rooms just needed the wall containing the patch to be painted. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They covered the floors with plastic under the area to be painted. They offered to replace the switchplate covers and to move the furniture back for us. Really, above and beyond what we expected.

This company does not usually work on weekends but as it is our 'main' bathroom & it was necessary to gain access to the medicine cabinet, etc., all covered, before the following Monday, they agreed to return early Saturday to complete the job. We really appreciated that. Had we anticipated a carry-over of the job we would have prepared & removed medications, etc. ahead of time but were caught off-guard.

Needed a room painted where I had removed the popcorn ceiling. Angelo took care of everything, then I had him paint a bit more the next day in another room. All clean and neat when he finished.

The overall experience was very favorable. This company had been recommended to us by an acquaintance. We were given a detailed estimate or the work. They always arrived at the time they scheduled. We were impressed with their attention to detail both in the prep and the finishing work. The workers were polite and respectful. Throughout the seven days of the project, the communication was good. We always knew what was being done that day and what to expect on the next day. We would highly recommend them for any similar work.

The work performed by Tito's crew was simply outstanding. The entire exterior of the house was painted and project lasted three weeks. All of the preparation work was meticulous. It had been a while since the house was painted and there was a lot of prep work to do. The sanding, scraping, masking, stucco repair and wood repair were all perfect.
The crew was friendly, eager to help, and focused on the details. Every day, they arrived on time and started promptly at 8:00 a.m. And, every day before they left they cleaned up, stored their ladders and supplies and covered everything for the evening.
We are extremely please with the outcome and we are already looking for the next project for Tito and his crew. Terrific job by a great team!

The job was completed to my satisfaction. The paint job has gotten many compliments from my neighbors, and I'm happy that it was completed on time and to the agreed-upon price. Tito made constructive suggestions before starting the job, which I accepted and which made the completed job even better. His team stayed with the job until it was complete. I'm also glad I had his company address several repairs at the same time, which were completed with the same level of attention as the painting itself. Overall, the job went smoothly and I'm happy with the results.

Overall it was a very positive experience. My husband and I were going to paint the kitchen and laundry room ourselves. But it probably would have taken us over a week to finish instead of having Tito Alcaraz finish it in ONE day. He does a lot of work in our neighborhood and he was working across the street at my neighbor's house. I called him and he came to give me an estimate on the same day. He was at my house this morning ready to go. His workers are very neat and careful when they are working. I have hired him to do the rest of the interior of my house.

My husband and I were preparing to re - side our bungalow after years of neglect and wear. After reading reviews from Angies List we contacted Tito to inquire as to wether it would be possible to repair sections of the siding and re-paint the house instead. Tito assured us that the siding could be repaired instead of replaced, so we contracted with his company. The job took 5 and a half days to complete. The crew arrived promptly at 7am each day and worked until 4 pm. They were neat, efficient, and courteous. They answered all questions and concerns as the project progressed.
Originally, Tito estimated that 30 pieces of siding would need to be replaced. However, as the project progressed it was clear that there was more siding damage than originally estimated. All told, Tito replaced 60 siding boards, twice the original estimate, at no extra cost. After day one and two of the siding repair, the team scraped, sanded and primed the home. On day four they filled all holes and caulked between each board. On day five, two coats of paint was applied, and on day 6 the stucco was completed. The pictures speak to the quality of his and his teams work. Neither the neighbors, nor I, can believe it is the same house. Tito Alcaraz came highly recommended by a colleague of our realtor. He contracted to prepare and paint seven rooms and install laminate flooring in three rooms, replace some tiles in a workshop and paint some cabinets in the master bathroom.
What he and his crew actually did was SO much more than that. Tito was personable and professional. He knows what buyers are looking for and gave me excellent advice on every aspect of the fixing up process. He went shopping with me for paint and flooring so that I could purchase those materials on a deferred payment basis and take advantage of his contractor's discount. He and his entire crew showed up on time, did what they said they would and, in many cases, Tito would spot a problem I hadn't even noticed and fix it at no charge. He did this with wall cracks and chips in the paint of rooms he wasn't even contracted for. He would just see something that needed doing and do it. His guys would help me with everything I asked, whether installing smoke detectors, door knobs, hard to reach light fixtures, or just advice on what kind of hardware I should buy for little jobs I was doing myself. They were there a little over five days including a Sunday AND Labor Day. Unbelievably fast for the amount of work there was, and the house looks fantastic. Tito also procured for me the services of a carpet cleaner and a house cleaning crew, who were equally diligent, prompt and professional.

This was the third remodel we used Tito and company for. But this was by far the most involved. Everythingwas remodeled and only one original window remained. Walls were created and others were torn down. Beams were put in, window seat created, fireplace redone, new floors, ceilings, new closets. new steam shower, a closet where a bathroom used to be (and bathroom where a closet used to be) closet created to work as a desk area for a study. Old sliders discarded for large windows and doors where none had existed.Everyone who worked for us was helpful, informed, on time, professional and the job was done on time. We have recommendedTito Alcarez and his company to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.

The work was completed to perfection. Tito has very high standards for his work andall of his workers reflect this. Every crack was patched, the colors were right, the plastering was perfect, everything was protected so that not a drop of paint was anywhere, and finally the cleanup was total. I was so pleased with the work that I immediately had Tito remove carpet and install new wood floors and base boards in a hallway and two rooms. Once again the workwas completed to perfection and the price wasfair. I would not hesitate to hire Tito for any further work and would recommend his services withcomplete confidence

We are so happy we hired Tito Alcaraz Painting and Repair to paint & repair the interior of our home. They not only did a fantastic job, they did it in less time then promised and went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done right. Even though more work was necessary in some places they did not charge us any extra then what was quoted originally. We appreciated their willingness to help our family to move quickly without having to sacrifice quality of work. We were actually able to move in early!
They were courteous, punctual and did what they promised. Everything looks perfect, neat, clean, correct and fresh. They even left us paint for touch ups if we scratch anything while moving in.
Their professionalism and punctual service was more than we could ask for and the price was within our budget. We will definitely use them again and refer them to many.
