Sal's Painting and Drywall

Description of Work: We scheduled and appointment and then he cancelled at the last minute. He rescheduled and then was very late for that appointment. Sal actually did not arrive himself. He sent one of his workers Ishamel who didn't even know Sal's last name (though he said he worked for him for 19 years). Then Ishmael tried to get me to go with him behind Sal's back. I called Sal about this - just to verify the validity of all of it. Sal was very upset and said he was going to fire Ishmael and he promised me he would meet me the next morning. Sal was then late and told me he would arrive in 2 hours. Then two hours later he called and said he couldn't make it. Also, I asked several times for a quote in writing and he and Ishmael refused to give me one.
