Emin has been great. He responds quickly when contacted, and has been flexible. He is always willing to send his team out to take care of my pool, even more than necessary to deal with any issues. I highly recommend Pinnacle Pools. They are going to take care of you and your pool.

I BELIEVE THAT I HAVE Aâ DUTY TO WARN !!!!!! If you were considering having your pool serviced by Pinnacle Pool Services, DO NOT !!!! During my initial visit, they appeared to be competent, THEY ARE NOT!!! If you call them and expect to be called back within a reasonable timeframe, YOU WILL NOT BE PS THEY ALSO HAD THE TEMERITY TO CHARGE ME FOR 2 SERVICES AFTER I TERMINATED THEIR CONTRACT. SOMEONE TEXTED ME AND ASKED ME IF THEY CHARGED ME AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS TERMINATED, THEY DID!!! I have not responded to the text yet but I will

DO NOT USE! Worst Service Ever.. Random pool technicians. Missing Dates. Pool turned GREEN (3) times and my hot-tub has been unusable for the last year - All because of "Pinnacle Pool Service, LLC." DO NOT TRUST EMEN, He does NOT have your best interest at heart. If you want to no longer be able to use your pool and hot-tub, then use this company. They are great at turning your pool into a backyard mosquito infested swamp. TRUST ME - CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER! IF I COULD GIVE "ZERO STARS" I WOULD! Unless you like wasting money - Use Any Other Company!

They just came to my pool for one time, itâ s hard rate something based on one service. They still need to clean my pool entirely then I can rate them properly. They just started to treat my pool for the first time and cleaned my filter I believe.

They are very professional, they take care of my pool servicing weekly, and they keep me well informed about any parts I may need. Its good to have a trusted company I can use for life!
