+ -1 moreParker is wonderful. I have used him on jobs for over 20 years. He is a perfectionist. He is honest. His prices are extremely fair. I trust him implicitly. I had a room once that had had water seepage into the concrete slab for some time. Parker checked the moisture content of the concrete and had me run a fan on the area for several weeks until the moisture level was acceptable before he would begin the work. The floor has been down now for years with no cupping.
Description of Work: Parker and his assistant removed carpeting from my den and master bedroom suite, including lavatory area and closet. He inspected the lav area for water seepage from outside and installed extra waterproofing to make sure the floor would not buckle. He installed waterproofing and 3/4" subfloor in all areas and 3/4" oak hardwood. He allowed it ot cure for several weeks before finishing, insuring that the result would be "seamless". He then applied 3 coats of finish, sanding between each.
