Keith was very flexible with the schedule, he arrived on time (the scheduled time was 7:30am) , he diagnosed the issue quickly. He made a very logical suggestion and he was willing to do the work on the same visit as the diagnosis. Our pool pump and air blower were on the same circuit breaker and he suggested we have a separate circuit breaker for the blower because it is best to not share it with the pool pump. The issue was the circuit breaker was tripping because of the air blower. He did a home depot run got the parts needed and was done with work within an hour. He told us what other issues we may run into with the way our pool equipment is designed and said we didn't have to fix it right away as the system was still functioning, he was honest at the same time not pushy which is rare to find these days. Overall a very good experience.

We were very pleased with Keith's professionalism and work. He took the time to explain the work he was going to do to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. He made sure it worked properly after completing the job, he said to call him immediately if they are not working properly or needed adjusting. I think the most important thing from any business is customer service, that they respond to calls or texts as soon as possible and that they are willing to handle any problems if things are not working properly. It so happened we had a problem with the timer that was installed and Keith responded to my text and immediately called me to arrange a time to come by. The issue was resolved, and it had nothing to do with his ability as it was a problem with the type of timer installed, but the bottom line, he figured out the issue and took care of it, great customer service and we would definitely recommend his services.

We have a set of 6 recessed, halogen lights in the kitchen that are controlled by a dimming switch. The switch in question had been replaced when we moved in about 7 months before and was working fine until one day it just stopped working. I replaced it with an identical unit thinking it was faulty but ended up with the same result. At that point I started looking around for an electrician to come in and take a look at it. Enter Keith of P.V. Electric. I called him on a Wednesday or Thursday and asked if he could come on Friday. He said I was a bit far out of his work area (they primarily service the valley and we live in Mid-City) but that he was going to be in the area for another job and could potentially come check it out at lunch. He called me Friday around noon and confirmed that he'd be able to come take a look. Long story short, after a couple of hours, during which he more or less allowed me to work with him (something many contractors won't let you do), we figured out that the lights were of the low-voltage kind and that the type of dimmer that we had bought 7 months earlier was not compatible with low-voltage lights and over time burned out the transformers that convert the 110V to 12V for the lights. He proposed we try a light that he had in his truck which works on 120V. He re-wired one of the light fixtures (quite difficult to do since he had to work thru a 4" hole in the ceiling) and when we flipped the switch it worked. I then agreed to buy 5 more like it and we settled on the following Saturday for him to come and do the same to the other five lights. We confirmed on Friday that we were good to go on Saturday. He arrive on time and brought a coworker with him to speed up the process. they got done in just under one hour. Overall, I found Keith to be courteous and easy to communicate with. He explained what he was doing and allowed me to be involved when I wanted to. He also told me to call him if I had any issues going forward. I haven't had to deal with another electrician before so I'm not well attuned to their pricing but he seemed to be pretty much in line with the other offerings on Angie's if not a bit cheaper. I would definitely call Keith again.

I was very satisfied with the way he handled everything. Last year, I called him for my other property to place some fluorescent lights and he did a good work. It was a very old fluorescent light so he had to go from one store to another to find the exact match and he did it. He took his time to find everything that he needed. He replaced it and it's working so I was satisfied with his work. He's a very nice person and professional.

The work itself was satisfactory. He went out of his way to help provide some parts needed to move a ceiling fixture, which was great. Nice guy. On the downside, it took a couple months to finally get the work scheduled, which was frustrating. The deal was 2 hours work for $89. It ended up taking an extra hour and he charged me an additional $100. Not unreasonable; just wish that was discussed in advance. The extra one hour cost more than the previous 2 hours, so just know this going in.

They were a little higher than somebody else I went with off Angie's List. The quote was $2500. I liked the representative they sent out. He was very polite and professional. I might call them back for another estimate.

Keith came out and assessed the area where pool tiles had popped off. After an estimate was given, an appointment was made to tile a section of the pool area. The job went very well!!

After receiving the go-ahead, the crew worked for two days, arriving when they said they would, performing the work, and cleaning up before they left both days. The repairs were completed on time. The final cost exactly matched the estimate. We were extremely pleased with the service and will use Keith again if needed. He was very straight forward, professional, punctual and honest.

I was very satisfied with him. I would recommend him and use him again. He was very honest and diligent in his work. He had definite expertise in his work. He also provided choices for me to make with the types of equipment levels like power of equipments, which was very helpful.

The old pool coverings and walls were removed by hand which tool several days. The plastering was in stages and then I choose tiles to go around the edge which matched the deck of stone. The work was well done and the group was very responsive and cleaned up all the mess. I was pleased and the price was very fair.

We had four different companies submit bids and we found West Coast Pool to be the most competitive. After meeting with owener Keith LePage it became apparent that he was extremely accomodating and more than willing to work within our budget. Keith was tireless and extraordinarily patient in trying to please us in our search for a specific tile and colors for the deck, and use of distressed brick for the coping. He was always prompt and punctual as were each of the workers that he sent to our home. All in all the process was not only pain free, but entirely enjoyable due to Keith's calm manner and terrific professionalism. We are thrilled with our new pool and look forward to warm weather when we can entertain friends and enjoy the fruits of Keith great work..We would unqualifiedly recommend Keith LePage and West Coast Pool.

The owner showed up as he said, but was difficult to get the re-estimate to me after several calls when I wanted to do less work than originally had planned. He may do great work.

P.V. Electric, Inc. performed excellent service on my home.They developed and filed plans with the city for the solar panels and made sure everything was signed off on with DWP. My panels are working great and I am seeing a savings of $100.00 per month. I also received a rebate from DWP for installing the panels. I am extremely happy with the level of work performed on my home and the professionalism of P.V. Electric.

Overall, the company did a good job on the estimate and answered all of my clients' questions. They work has not been scheduled yet.

We paid them what they had quoted. They were very good in going about things. They both came out and were extremely friendly. They both were discussing the situation and seemed to be very professional about it. They were clean and did what they said they would. I hadn’t shopped around as West Coast Pool came highly recommended. They used quality materials too.

Made appointment for estimate on jacuzzi repairs. They called 10 minutes before they were due to say they couldn't make it and asked to reschedule.

They did what they were supposed to do as far as what I wanted. They did it in a timely manner. The day they were finished he told me I would need a start up and asked if I had a pool man but I needed to get a new one. He recommended someone to me. He came the day after the work was done. The pool was filled once he got here. He told me the motor and pump were not working, it had been replaced a year and a half ago. We checked it out to see what went wrong. I called West Coast Pool to tell him it wasn't working. Originally when he came to give the estiamte and start the work, he saw that they were in perfect working order. He came the following day and said it wasn't working and said the motor must have burnt out. It led me to believe that the motor was running without water. He brought a motor and pump from the shop, it is a noticeably used motor. It is so old that you could not see thru the plastic. He told me that I owed him $325 since he replaced it, I'm not happy since the motor and pump were working fine before he started the job. He called and said that he would lower it to $225 but I still don't feel I need to pay for it. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Keith has a very casual style and doesn't like to sell himself, but he answered our every question and the quality of the work spoke for itself. He had his crew here when promised. The day he wanted to plaster, his pump broke, but he arranged for another and came two days later, in intermittent rain, erected a tent over the pool, and did a great job. His price was very reasonable and he did everything he could to make us comfortable with the process.

I called three times but never could get a connection with them. I left messages but never got a phone call back.
