I had an absolutely stellar experience with Varuzh. From my initial phone call, all the way through his service I was treated with patience and respect. It is such a vulnerable position to put yourself in, to have computer repair work done by a stranger, and finding a truly trustworthy person to deal with can almost seem impossible. On top of that, the vast majority of IT people seem to relish in being condescending and seem to love to make you feel terrible about your equipment etc. Not Varuzh, from the time I called to explain the issue I was having and all the way through his service, he listened intently, offered great and reasonable solutions and put my mind to ease right away. He also worked very quickly and efficiently. And he even went as far as to offer help and suggestions for another family member who was experiencing similar issues. I will definitely be using his help again and I can't recommend him high enough!

Best computer experience of my life. Varuzh was on time, knowledgeable and transferred all my data from my old computer to the new one. Setup my new router and wifi as well. I highly recommend Netvison.

Got the repairs needed quickly and efficiently.

Diagnose the problem quickly. My Hard Drive was dying. Tech provided an upgraded hard drive and managed the process by mirroring my old drive to my new drive. Because it was failing, this took approximately a day to transfer. THe Tech stayed in touch and as soon as it completed, he was at my house to complete the process. Its like I just bought an upgraded system.

Varuzh is very professional and knowledgeable. He solved a number of our tech issues on two occasions. We will be calling him whenever a tech issue comes up.
