I read good things about Arthur on Angie's List and am pleased to say they were all true. Arthur was great. He had a difficult job due to some customized parts I had. Where other plumbers would have said the whole sink vanity would need to be replaced, Arthur visited a number of plumbing supply houses and found the parts to get the job done. It's nice to find an honest plumber that takes pride in the work he does. Use this guy for your plumbing needs!

Arthur responded immediately, came out the next day and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. He told me what needed to be done, and what did NOT need to be done. Another plumber told me I needed a “complete water delivery renovation.” I am grateful for honest, reliable people such as Arthur and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Artur was great! Not only was he professional but his prices were far below other quotes we received. Artur also fixed the leak the same day he came out to give the quote. He didn’t have all the parts but quickly went to Home Depot. In addition, we asked Artur about a small leak coming from our bathroom toilet and he repaired it no charge. Will definitely hire again. He also offered us a first time customer discount and warranty on the repair.

Great! Arthur was very easy to work with.

Had a toilet clog only to realize that the other nearby toilet was also clogged and blackwater was coming up out of the nearby shower drains. I called GoPro and he was willing to come out that night at 6:30, but I wasn't in a hurry, so we settled on next morning at 8:30. He showed up exactly on time, saw the problem, found the clean-out, snaked it, bada boom bada bing, no more clog. Next time I have a "real" plumbing problem, I'll call these guys.

We had a plumbing emergency where water wasn't draining from the bath, and was backing up into the tub. Artur was great. He rearranged his schedule and came over immediately to help us. The issue was quickly diagnosed, and he gave us what i thought was a very honest and fair appraisal for the work which had to be done. It took his team only a couple of hours, and our problems were fixed. Highly recommended if a quick, fair, and honest remedy is what you're looking for.

Artur was incredible! He was prompt, responsive and communicated throughout the entire process, from when he would arrive to what he was doing step-by-step. He encouraged me to look up prices he was quoting me for parts and labor online for full transparency, and in general was at or below those costs! He was kind, trustworthy and professional and would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing issues!
