Very well. Ron, the technician arrived promptly. He did say that he may not be able to solve the problem on his home because the drain pipe was bigger than what he was equipped for, but he ended up managing with the smaller machine that he had. Next time, I would recommend verifying the pipe size with the client beforehand, but no harm done and problem solved! The company was very professional and efficient.

They called me and they are located in LA. They don’t service this area. I appreciated their call.

I don’t normally write reviews, but after this experience I would hope people would NOT use this pumping service. After regularly using them for over a year, they came out to snake a drain. The plumbers did not carry a long enough snake on them so they had to go back to the office to get another one. When it was all said and done it cost $721 to snake a main line drain that was clogged with roots on a brand new house. 20 days later the same issue came up, and I was told by Gold Metal that no one would be able to come help me until the next day. Rendering all my toilets unusable until they could make it. Ridiculous that is company can not stand by they work or fix an issue when they are over charging in the first place.

Fine. He had to come back once to reset washers but he came out right away and solved the problem. Very happy with his service and professionalism.

I was told they’d tell me I wouldn’t be charged until they quoted me. A total lie. They made the toilet even worse then it was before causing all sorts of issues. This company should be banned from Angie’s List.

IT WENT VERY WELL. THEY FOUND OTHER ISSUES AND REPAIRED THEM AS NEEDED.

It went smoothly. Ian also helped me with an issue I had with the hot water taking a really long time to reach the kitchen. I was wasting a lot of water waiting for it to heat up. He installed a pump that circulated the water to the kitchen and now it gets hot in a couple of seconds instead of minutes. My pressure valve was not working so he also replaced that.

They came out late in the day on short notice, did the work efficiently and for a fair price, and cleaned up well.

Went smoothly from the initial estimate meeting to the completion of the jobs. Used Gold Medal twice, and won’t hesitate to call them again. Professional staff in house taking calls and setting appointments and excellent technician ( Kelly ), totally awesome!

It was very good. They did great work, but they weren't able to give me a price quote, so that was a little bothersome at the time. Outside of that, everything was fine.

Great, he got right to work, knew what to do and did it. I've had bad luck with plumbers but he was really good, I'd recommend him to anybody. I wouldn't even consider anybody else.

They did a beautiful job. The price wasn't too bad. It had to be done so I got it done. They told me what they were going to do, they went to work and did it. I will use them again. It took them all day. They had to pound a hole in the wall of the house from the exterior and put a door in so they could get into their plumbing on the back of the bathtub. They were professionals from scheduling, what they did and if I need any repairs on the tub they're experts at it. I don't think there could have been any improvements. The price was probably about right. They had to go out and get fixtures and everything else to put in. They may be slightly high. I didn't go for anybody else. Nobody else wanted to come out to do it. A lot of them don't work walk-in tubs. It's not a real pipe plumbing job, it was more of a walk-in tub job. Quality was good. It was done in 2 days. They came in one day and the next day they came back and did it. They were here on time. They were here at 9 a.m. doing their job. The wall is a solid wall of concrete, right where the tub sits. It's in the bathroom so therefore they had the tile wall and they had all of the tile up that they had to cut a hold through and etc. Then they had to put a door on the outside so it could be gotten into. They did a good job. Cleaned it all up and everything. They did 'A's' worth of work. Whenever I have any work to be done, apparently they know and sell walk-in tubs.

Most things went ok except it took a week to get the garbage disposer coupling.

It didn't. They do not travel from Granada Hills to Altadena
