So far they seem pretty on the money in terms of professionalism and promptness. They are congenial and easy to talk to. They show up on time. They even referred me to someone who does tile who is also very good!

They were fine. Every time they ask a plumber to call, they are always the people that we go to. I don't have any issues with them. They are local. They seem to be pretty good. They are responsive and very easy to deal with. I would recommend them to someone local because they are local and that they are pretty responsive.

They started when they said they would. I stopped by several times while they were working; they were very professional and polite. They were always willing to explain/show me what was being done. Alisse was very professional when scheduling appointments; Rob was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the work that needed to be done. They also worked with the landscape people to adjust the sprinklers. I will use them again when I need plumbing work done. My daughter uses them for the plumbing work that they have done on their home. She referred them to me.

Due to the age of the home, which was built in 1940, we decided to remodel. We had elected to go with a tankless water heater system, and ultimately chose Gold Medal Plumbing for the job. Rob came out and took notes and made sketches and provided me with an estimate for an exterior tankless water heater. The price was good and I have the ok. Gold Medal Plumbing's crew came out and did simply and outstanding and very clean installation of all the needed piping, i.e., new gas line, extend water lines for the tankless. Their professionalism, courteousness, and workmanship is second to none. As a result, am using them for two other projects to repair and replace old water and gas lines for other parts of the property. It has been a pleasure to deal with Ellise, Rob, and Mike. I would wholeheartedly recommend Gold Medal Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I need to mention here, that I am installing a Noritz tankless water heater, and in order to keep the warranty intact, it must be installed by a certified Noritz plumber. There are three levels of certification with Platinum being the highest, and Gold Medal Plumbing was one of the very few who had that level of certification. The are a platinum level company all around.

Gold Medal was recommended by an extremely fastidious friend who does her homework and brooks no bad service. I knew if she liked them they would be good. From the beginning their service was impeccable, Allise, their contact person, was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive, and their plumber/inspector, when he came out, was punctual, excellent at his job, and honest. He didn't tell us things were wrong that weren't, and didn't try to get us to spend more than was warranted. When they finally came to do the sewer line work at the house we bought they were, again, punctual, clean, and efficient. The work got done in less time than they had predicted and the bill came in as quoted. I really love these guys and will definitely use them again! Surprised they have no Angie's List presence. That should change!
