The work done was actually excellent and could have been a 5 Star rating. The big problem was that Al did not honor the quote given. When I called to get a price I gave Al a complete breakdown of what was to be removed from a 2 bedroom apartment. I was given I reasonable price. I then told Al that I read reviews from other companies that said that many removal companies give you a quote, but on the day they arrive they say that the furniture won't fit on one truck and they will need to charge more for the 2nd load. Al assured me this would not happen with Go Green Junk Free. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened. Very upsetting due to this being discussed prior. I had no choice but to move ahead (due to the bind of time to vacate). As I said, beyond this problem, the work was excellent and the crew was great. The only way to avoid this problem is to have someone come out early to see what needs to be done or get something in writing.

Fantastic. They arrived right on time, were very kind and prompt. The whole thing went so smooth, I will definitely use them again. Great service, gave the price that he told me in the beginning, no surprises. Wonderful company! Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing. They showed up on time, loaded into the truck a massive pile of construction debris -- swept up -- and were just all around nice guys. They also instantly responded to my website submission and text, and arranged a pick-up in less than 12 hours on a Sunday. Super impressed. They may be a little pricer then ordering a small 4-yard bin, but the level of service was magical.

Al and Garrett were wonderful, they showed up on time. They were very professional and on top that . Them discovering i was a veteran they offered a discount. These honest fellows did not have to do that i was not aware that company offered discounts to people have served this country. I would highly recommend their services they went out the way beyond the call of duty.
