They have always been very timely and polite, and extremely honest. There was one thing that I did not understand what had happened, and they took the time to explain it.
Description of Work: I have used them twice for assorted household plumbing problems, I had a plugged drain cleared and a plugged sewer line cleared, and the inner workings of a toilet repaired

I've used G L Plumbing for years. They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Their prices seem to have increased recently so that I'm willing to shop around from other sources. They had to come back to restore landscape items that had been moved or left messy. The owner did that willingly and at no additional cost. I was disappointed with the outcome as the repair didn't leave me better off although the leak was fixed. If I had the money to change it I'd have someone else redo it.
Description of Work: Rerouted broken sprinkler line.
